Welcome to Konsept

Konsept is a Design-Build Construction firm in Niagara specializing in Custom Homes, Renovations and Additions.

Initiated in 1999 as a design and project management company known as Bicubic Project Management Incorporated (BPMI). In 2004, we chose the name konsept.

Our name, konsept, represents where we start with our clients, with their ideas. We are the facilitators for achieving our client's building needs. Over the last twelve years we have enjoyed conceptualizing, designing, and building unique living, and commercial spaces.

The most frequently asked question, generating the most understated answer is, "what is it that you do?". The answer: "we build...we are building contractors...we design, manage and build commercial buildings and homes".

Our portfolio reveals that we are not the average designer, design / build, building contractor or project manager. We have not built any two projects that look, feel, flow, or perform the same. Perhaps a more appropriate response be: "We listen to you, we start with you, we design buildings for your use. We help you make design choices that establish harmony between adjoining spaces, while preserving the form and function of each room. We walk with you through the conceptual design, financial components, and direct the build - from start to finish." This is what we do, and do well.

How do we build "the konsept experience"? In the right order, and one piece at a time. Our in-house design team has diverse experience. Each work to each others strengths. We consider how design impacts construction, from the concept, to the construction drawing details. Our efforts provide efficient construction, while providing the "best practice" details without sacrificing the intent of the design.

What makes konsept's construction superior? A blend of good design, careful trade co-ordination and a passion for quality. We at konsept enjoy design and construction. Please contact us to discuss your building project.
